Agile Project Management

Our software teams work with customers to ensure that the appropriate certified DevOps environment is used for their programs. We help design workflows and work in an agile program environment designed to rapidly adapt to changing customer needs. 

We believe in the strength of agile project management. Many programs hold daily standups, and we coordinate work through a disciplined approach utilizing tracking mechanisms such as Jira. We use these standups and sprints to focus on building incremental capability that meets our customer’s needs.
