Off-the-Shelf Containers
Our many off-the-shelf container systems are designed to meet a variety of logistics, power, and general infrastructure needs for any mission, including factory augmentation, large scale construction, oil and gas operations support, and disaster relief in remote or austere locations. These systems include expandable rugged air beam shelters, gas and water generation systems, portable shower stations, power generators, mobile decontamination, and portable tool storage.
Designed for 10, 20, and 40-foot containers, all of these capabilities fit securely within unmodified container exteriors. This means no expensive recertifications and maximum security for everything inside. All our existing designs are available as quick-turn off-the-shelf solutions.
Modified Containers
Any of our off-the-shelf designs can be modified to meet unique project requirements. The process is simple and collaborative.
Brainstorm: We love to “white board” new ideas without any commitment to order. Why? We’re integrators—we want to understand new and unique engineering challenges.
Prototype: Based on brainstorm discussions, we’ll provide free computer-aided design (CAD) renderings and work with the customer to make needed adjustments, working towards a fully integrated solution.
Production: With our agile contracting and AS9100 certified production capabilities, we can deliver a project-tailored, field-ready system in just 30 to 60 days from date of contract.
Customized Containers
Our rapid prototyping process is ideal for building a completely custom container.
We integrate anything. Whether for onboard power generation systems (electric, fuel, water, hydrogen peroxide), multi-input power sources, HVAC, additive manufacturing capabilities, or other specialized components such as inflatable air beam shelters, we work with our customers to integrate the perfect mix of commercial and custom equipment.
Additive/Subtractive Manufacturing Center
IS4S has developed advanced manufacturing systems by utilizing cutting edge manufacturing technologies integrated into our custom shipping container solutions. These systems leverage current additive and subtractive manufacturing technologies to provide an agile and distributed solution. The system can be automated through robotic integration to provide maximum flexibility and capability.
With the advancement of distributed manufacturing solutions through systems like these, we are working to bring together innovative design with advanced manufacturing capabilities. This includes utilizing advanced manufacturing systems with AI and adaptive manufacturing capabilities to modernize weapon systems, enhance warfighter capabilities, and increase material readiness.

Integrated Container Solutions (ICS) is a commercially focused, wholly owned subsidiary of IS4S. ICS was officially launched in 2024 to meet the unique challenges of commercial businesses, while IS4S maintains its work in the defense sector.
