Structural Integrity & Fluid Dynamics 

With a suite of high-end computing resources, IS4S is a go-to provider for structural integrity assessments of DoD weapons and components. Intimately familiar with MIL-STD airworthiness and SEEK Eagle requirements, our team has provided the critical engineering and computational physics capabilities to verify structural integrity sufficiency of multiple weapons and DoD components prior to flight. We derive application-specific loads, assesses weapon-specific design sufficiency, and provides required margins of safety. 

IS4S provided critical structural integrity assessments and simulations to the Air Force SEEK Eagle Office to support flight certification of the BLU-136/B and BLU-140/B weapons.

HWIL, SIL, Validation, & Risk Mitigation 

We support numerous hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) and software-in-the loop (SIL) labs that help verify and validate software for customers. Similarly, we use these labs to mitigate risks to the customer by analyzing results against physics-based simulations and models and testing results.
