Auburn, AL

The National Autonomous Mobility Consortium (NAMC) selected the IS4S proposal to develop a VICTORY-in-a-Box. IS4S will develop a prototype of a scalable PNT hub for ground vehicle platforms using COTS/MOTS components to the maximum extent possible. Existing VICTORY-in-a-box solutions developed by TARDEC will be leveraged to reduce cost, development time, and save space within vehicle platforms. The developed system will include a SAASM GPS receiver and precision clock to provide a PNT solution to clients using the standardized VICTORY data bus. The positioning and time transfer performance of the system will be studied and the ability to expand the system to provide an assured PNT solution in GPS degraded environments will be explored. Funding for this effort is not immediately available.
