Certified Quality
Our Huntsville and Fort Walton Beach production facilities are AS9100 quality certified, reflecting our commitment to the highest standards of quality management. AS9100 certification is a globally recognized standard in aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors that ensures stringent controls throughout the manufacturing process. This certification guarantees that we consistently meet or exceed industry standards for quality, safety, and performance. By adhering to these rigorous requirements, we are able to deliver precision-engineered products with the reliability and consistency our customers expect. Our dedication to quality is reflected in every aspect of our operations, from design to final production.
Our AS9100 certified production system and facilities are routinely used to produce specialized systems with a wide variety of uses. Examples include small and large equipment decontamination systems, body-worn navigation systems, smoke obscuration systems, and cruise missiles.
Warhead Componentry
Our team continues to mature US Air Force designs from lab-level ideas and prototypes to full-scale test items while producing level 2 and 3 technical data packages. We are performing an Air Force technical demonstration project to manufacture an embedded fuzing system for a maritime warhead system, which includes electronic assembly, software programming, fuze integration, and testing. We are also maturing a 250lb counter-maritime warhead for the US Air Force which involves warhead case design, manufacturing, explosive filling, and testing.
Warhead Low-Rate Filling
To enable rapid development and testing of a variety of warheads, our team conducts prototype level and low-rate filling. Our current capabilities extend across all melt-cast and pressed explosives, especially Comp B, Octol, TNT, PBXN-5, PBXN-10, and novel formulations. We also mix small batches of both standard and novel explosives for fill, and we have all required facilities to properly store, ship, and test filled items on-site. Our work includes pressing of boosters and filling and testing warheads for a variety of customers.
