Richard Gooley

Richard Gooley brings over 50 years of experience in the oil industry to the board of directors. He has held executive management positions both in the US and internationally. He has president and CEO experience in both Koch Nitrogen Company, a subsidiary of Koch Industries, and TCP Petcoke Corporation, a joint venture company of CITGO Petroleum Corporation and RWE AG, Germany's largest utility. He has also held multiple corporate-wide leadership roles in the areas of finance, enterprise risk management, tax, insurance, marine, counter-party risk, and global trading.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Auburn University in 1971 and was an active participant in professional and civic organizations both during and post his career in the oil industry. He has held elected office, serving as a member of the Bartlesville, Oklahoma school board from 1990-1994 and its president in 1994. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma State School Board Association. He also served on Auburn University's Harbert College of Business's Advisory Council in both an active and emeritus capacity.
