IS4S announced that it has been awarded a $150,000 subcontract from Auburn University on an effort sponsored by the US Army Corps of Engineers Huntsville Center. Under this award, IS4S will develop and improve autonomy software for a robotic digital geophysical mapping platform. The software will provide path planning, navigation, and control capabilities for a family of robotic tow platforms used for unexploded ordnance (UXO) surveys.
